Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

Be new, unworn, and unwashed

Be in their original condition

Have all original tags attached

Show no signs of wear, odor, or damage

Any item worn for training, photoshoots, or events is not eligible for return or exchange.

👕 Exchanges

Size or color exchanges are accepted

One exchange per order

Exchanges are free of charge (shipping costs covered by Rebornsector)

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are accepted if all conditions are met

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items marked as final sale or discounted

Items purchased during pop-up shops or physical events

Gift cards

Personalized or custom items (if applicable)

⚠️ Defective Items or Order Errors

If you receive an item that is:

Defective

Damaged

Or incorrect (wrong size or model sent)

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photo proof.

In these cases, Rebornsector will cover all return and replacement costs and offer a replacement or refund.
